Develop and implement the corporate strategy across the business unit and ensure business plans are aligned to the corporate strategy.
Identify revenue-generating, transformational, and commercial opportunities such as joint ventures, alliances, partnerships.
Develop and establish relationships with high-level corporations, individuals, and potential investors in order to maximize business growth.

Analyse market intelligence data to contribute to the development of the corporate strategy ensuring it will secure the long-term sustainability and growth of the business unit.
Identify, conceptualize, and develop feasibility studies on new and/or existing strategies in order to support the transformation growth of the business unit.
Provide support and guidance to business units / Department Managers to ensure their activities and strategies are aligned with the group’s strategic objectives.
Work closely with business units to identify and pursue opportunities for transformational growth and business development through exploring joint ventures, acquisitions, strategic alliances & partnerships opportunities, exploring new geographical markets, and identifying value-adding enhancement of existing services and diversification.
Continuously analyse and assess any relevant indicators, and develop relevant reports and insights based on said analysis to assist the decision makers.
To do market analysis/modelling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to the business unit strategy.
Provide analytical support to all aspects of the deal negotiation process
Provide insights, tracking progress and identifying areas of improvement across all other divisions of the business units
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar field.
Qualification:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
