Role Overview

Responsible for leading all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring across multiple projects. To collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Lead the planning function across multiple concurrent construction projects – commercial, residential, or infrastructure.
• Conduct critical path analysis, resource loading, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for senior leadership and clients.
• Support tendering processes with planning input, timelines, and feasibility assessments.
• Review contractor programs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Lead a team of planning engineers, providing mentorship, training, and performance oversight.
