Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and qualify leads for both off-plan and secondary market sales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and project briefings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Stay up to date on the Dubai real estate market, trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
  • Promote and get exclusive projects for Daytona Properties.
  • Utilize the company CRM effectively to manage and follow up on leads.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Admin, and Management for seamless transaction support.
  • Attend internal training, coaching sessions, and market briefings.
  • Represent Daytona Properties professionally at networking events and client meetings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications



Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan, secondary and/or rentals).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Freshers with exceptional sales skills and a willingness to learn can also be considered.

 Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Real Estate Law, RERA, and property transaction processes.
  • CRM proficiency (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut CRM or equivalent).

Languages:

  • English fluency required.
  • Additional languages preferred: Arabic, Russian, French, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese.
  • Nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Russian, British, Iranian, Emiratis

Other Preferences:

  • Agents with experience in:
    • Dubai Marina / Palm Jumeirah
    • Dubai South
    • Dubai Island
    • Dubai Land
    • Downtown Dubai / Business Bay
    • JVC / JVT / JLT
    • High-end villa & townhouse communities
  • Agents with a strong network of Pakistani / Indian / Chinese / UK investors are a plus.
  • Willingness to attend company training and continuous development sessions.
