Job Description

Project Management & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end construction process across assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Financial & Risk Management

  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

People Leadership

  • Lead and support Project Managers, ensuring clear delegation and effective team management.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and succession planning for project teams.

 Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring alignment on project expectations.
  • Report regularly to the Chief Projects Officer and senior management on project status and escalations.

 Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance on all project sites.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals prior to execution.

Qualifications



Experience 

  • Minimum 18+ years’ experience in Civil Construction
  • Significant senior-level experience of management of people and resources

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
