Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager at World Padel Academy (WPA) plays a central role in shaping and executing the brand’s regional marketing strategy. Responsible for all venues across the UAE, UK, and Bahrain, this role ensures consistency in brand voice, optimizes marketing performance, and drives customer engagement across channels. The Marketing Manager works closely with venue teams, creative staff, and external partners to position WPA as a global leader in padel sports and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans across all WPA venues.
  • Coordinate venue-specific campaigns while maintaining overall brand consistency.
  • Lead promotional initiatives for events, tournaments, academies, and camps.
  1. Brand & Content Oversight
  • Maintain WPA’s tone, messaging, and identity across all platforms.
  • Supervise the content calendar and collaborate with content creators, videographers, and graphic designers.
  • Ensure all marketing assets follow WPA brand guidelines and are pre-approved where required.
  1. Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Oversee digital performance (social media, email marketing, SEO, paid ads).
  • Analyze KPIs and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights and market trends.
  1. Team Coordination
  • Supervise Social Media Executives, Graphic Designers, and Content Creators.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and task management across UAE, UK, and Bahrain teams.
  • Facilitate brainstorming and ensure alignment on campaign timelines and creative output.
  1. Sponsorship & Collaborations
  • Support the Marketing Director in managing sponsor relationships and brand partnerships.
  • Ensure all sponsorship activations are executed with visibility across venues and digital platforms.
  • Oversee collaboration requests and enforce approval processes for branding use.
  1. Local Activation & Events
  • Coordinate with each venue to plan and promote local events, academy programs, and seasonal offers.
  • Support on-ground branding and media coverage for major WPA events and tournaments.

Qualifications



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, campaign performance metrics, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing creative teams and multi-country campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
