Job Summary: The E-Promise Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of E-Promise solutions within organizations. This role involves coordinating across various departments, managing the expectations, leading the project team, ensuring timely delivery of the solution, and providing support throughout the implementation process. The manager will work closely with both internal teams  to ensure the effective execution of E-Promise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage E-Promise implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases (planning, execution, monitoring, closing) are conducted according to timelines and client requirements.

  • Solution Design & Customization: Work closely with the product and technical teams to tailor E-Promise solutions to client specifications. Ensure the configuration is aligned with business needs.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional project team, including technical resources, developers, and consultants, ensuring collaboration and meeting project objectives.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues during the implementation process, developing strategies to mitigate or resolve them promptly.

  • Training & Support: Coordinate end-user training sessions and create training materials to ensure that clients’ teams are fully capable of utilizing the E-Promise system after deployment. Provide post-implementation support to address any concerns or technical issues.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the implemented solution adheres to quality standards and complies with client expectations.

  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of the implementation process, including technical configurations, meeting notes, and project milestones.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and communicate those findings to product teams to enhance future deployments.

Qualifications



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7-9 years of experience in project management, preferably within IT or software implementations.
  • Strong understanding of E-Promise systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how software can optimize them.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members or clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in project management
  • Experience with E-Promise software is essential
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
